William “Bill” J. Boose, 59, of Monroe, MI, and formerly Erie, MI, died Tuesday, March 15, 2016, in his home. Born January 23, 1957, in Toledo, OH, he was the son of Richard and Mary (Okapal) Boose. Bill was a 1975 graduate of Mason Consolidated Schools. He was employed as a carpenter all his life for various constructions companies in the Detroit and Toledo area. Bill was an active member of AA, enjoyed fishing and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan.
Bill is survived by his loving children, Spencer Boose, Billie (Matt) Acton and Colton Boose; mother, Mary Boose; sisters, Marcia (Dan) Rutherford and Bonnie Smith; brother, Richard (Susan) Boose; grandson, Nolan Acton and twins on the way and several nieces and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and niece, Rachel Rutherford.
